My Favourite Wrestling Matches

Top 4 Countdown

4) 6 man Hell-in-a-Cell (Armegaddon) -->

This match only happened once in the History of the Wrestling. It had the most dangerous men who are listed A rated players of WWF. The Hell-in-a-cell matches are often referred to suffering and the hell itself, I think this match seriously proved what the sports entertainment is all about. There were many jaw dropping moments throughout the match which includes Rikishi falling from the top of the cell.

Not to forget that this match was in the year 2000, (belongs to) THE ATTITUDE ERA. And most of the superstars were at their peak stage of their careers, making it more exciting than ever…!

(Note: Watch the video of Rock being interviewed where he insults all other contenders)

3)  Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker(Wrestlemania 25) -->

Anyone who watched this match cant deny that this was one of the best matches in the WWE history. At first I thought to skip this match. It was natural to believe that it would be a boring, single sided match that undertaker would dominate effortlessly, obvious reasons being his size and power and also that Shawn was too old to win. (But who would miss even a single moment of wrestlemania :P)

As the match progressed both men fought equally for a long time during the match. This really grew the tension as Undertaker streak was on the line. Shawn just made me believe, that it was possible for a moment. And I can just say that this was the only match of his where I felt like the streak was over.

This match showed us what they are capable of. And I certainly believe that it was the main event of that Wrestlemania compared to the other Championship fights!

2) Bret Hart vs Stone Cold (Wrestlemania 13)--->

This fight was to prove who was best in the business at that moment.
This match was a street brawl.

Many believe that it was the beginning of the attitude era.
“But this match was won by Bret hart.
WHAT?
Bret hart
WHAT?
You said WHAT?
Breeeee
WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT?”

Maybe Bret hart was people’s champion of that period and Austin was a nasty trash talking wrestler..!

Later in the end of 90’s Austin became a powerful symbol. This match surely marked the beginning of this legend.

And that’s the bottom line coz the GREAT ONE did so. \m/

1) Hardy Boyz vs Dudley Boyz vs Edge Christian--->

“Simply awesome”.
This was a table, ladders and chairs match…It had most dangerous stunts performed by using the weapons TABLES, LADDERS & CHAIRS
Jeff hardy was the main centre of attraction..! His ultimate feat was hanging to he belts, then edge climbs the ladder and then spears him. This match was very well choreographed..!

Any hardcore fan who watched it live would have got it that JEFF HARDY & EDGE had the potential to be face of WWF sometime in future.
