David Haye defeats Dereck Chisora

This fight lived upto its expectations and  had all fireworks that would entertain any boxing fan to heights.
After  the prefight buildup, this was expected, nearly 30000 people would  turnup at Boleyn ground, West ham, London. Adding this is the biggest boxing fight so far in this year.

Much hype was created due to the brawl of the two fighters. After chisora’s defeat to the Vitali Klitchko, both Haye and Chisora had differnces that they wanted to settle in the ring. The build to fight was even more exaggerated when they started comparing the rivalry to the muhammad ali - joe frazier(one of the greatest rivalry in history).
Fight seemed one sided fight as chisora never got hold on Haye. Haye was devasting as he dominated with his speed, power and accurate punching. Chisora mostly threw punches in the air which haye escaped efforlessly.
First two rounds seemed a little slow. But Chisora’s came out third round with a plan to exchange more with Haye. Later Chisora caught Haye with a left hook at the end of the third round which shocked Haye himself. This happended when started exchanging toe-to-toe and haye was almost knocked out.
In the fourth round both came out aggresively and started to exchange again. The crowd loved each moment of it. Chisora’s was trying to get as closer as possible because that was the only place he has advantage as Haye was very quick.
In the fifth round, Haye proved himself superior by dropping Chisora to floor with a huge left hook following it with a right hook.  Chisora stood up as he looked desperate but haye knocked him again with a series of punches. Umpire stopped fight with only 1 sec left to finish the round giving haye a victory by tko.
After the victory, haye proved everyone that why he is still one of best in the business. His speed and power are his major strenghts. The speed and athleticism of Haye combined with his clever punching is very dangreous to any of opponents.
However Chisora future’s is in doubt as he lost four of his last five fights. But we can’t write him off as he his still 28 and has plenty of time to bounce back.
And finally, Haye proved what Vitali was not able to do to Chisora, by knocking him to ground. Now he is after Vitali Klitschko as it was obvious that the winner of this fight would certainly go after the elder klitschko.
